The cement ball mill is commonly know as the cement mill which is meticulously researched and developed by Hongxing Mining Machinery to adapt to the cement production. This equipment is one of the equipments in the cement plant, which can be coupled with the rotary kiln, dryer and other cement production equipment produced by Hongxing Mining Machinery.

The cement mill produced by our company according to the customers' needs can be divided into two types that are the ordinary cement ball mill and high-fine and high-yield cement ball mill.

Cement mill maintenance

1. Bearing is responsible for the whole load of the machine. So, good lubrication does much with bearing service life, and it affects machine’s use life and rotating speed. Therefore, the pouring lubricating oil must be clean, and sealing must be done well. The main pouring oil parts are: rotating bearing, roller bearing, all the gear wheels, flexible bearing, and sliding plane.

2. Due to the newly installed tyre is not hard up, it shall be checked at times.

3. Please pay attention to all the components and ensure them work in normal.

4. Check the wear condition of the quick-wear parts, and replace worn parts at any time.

5. In case bearing not be able to slide on it when come across unbroken materials, the underframe plane, which is used for placing movable equipment, should be kept clean.

6. When it comes to oil temperature is increasing, you should stop the machine immediately and find the reason to resolve it.

7. If there is impact sound of rotating gear wheel, you should also stop the machine and resolve it.

B. Installation and trail test

1. The equipment should be installed on plane concrete base, and fixed with foundation bolt.

2. You should pay attention that main frame is vertical with horizon.

3. After installation, you should check all the bolts and bin gate, if there are any flexibility, you must tight it up.

4. Please configure power line and controlling switches according to driven power.

5. When inspection completed, no load trail test will be done. If everything in normal, machine can be used in production plant.
