Jaw crusher appeared earlier among crushing equipments, its structure is simple and stable. And it works reliable, the maintenance and repair is easy. Jaw crusher can be used for all kinds of rocks and ore for coarse crushing, mid fine crushing and fine crushing under compressive strength range of 147~245Mpa. And the highest compressive strength of material is up to 320Mpa. Jaw crusher performance features: big crushing ratio, even particle size of finished product, simple structure, stably operation, easy to maintain and repair and low running cost. Jaw crusher work principle: When in operation, motor drives eccentric shaft rotating by pulley, moving close to the e-cycle and leaving the fixed jaw. So that it realizes multiple broken methods to material, extrusion, twist, crush. Thereby the materials gradually becoming smaller and smaller and then fall off, finally discharge out of the discharge port.
First, check if foreign body, including materials and a variety of production tools, wire, iron that left in the cavity in the last processing before jaw crusher operating. If any, must be timely taken out, or it will overload and burn out the motor or wire iron, so as to damage the movable jaw plate and static jaw plate parts.
Second, check the security measures before starting the machine. Because safety is first in any case, and personnel injury is bad to both sides. Taking preventive measures is the best choice.
Third, check whether the screws are loose and carrying machine foundation is too soft. Timely reinforcement ensures smooth production.
Forth, check whether the machine bearings are oiled and the lubrication oil station is adequacy. Good lubrication effects can maximize production, and the machine is also not prone to problems.
